I spent 15 years at HP in the Print & Supplies business, holding senior management roles across Software and Firmware security, User Experience, and Customer Experience. I shipped firmware to more than 100 million endpoints in 40+ languages and led Security and Customer Experience Qualification programs across teams in Vancouver, Boise, San Diego, Singapore, and Bangalore.
In 2018 I conceived and stood up HP's first Customer Experience Discovery & Test Lab across US, Singapore, and China operations. Staffing, budget, charter, and metrics were mine to design.
